For more than a decade, Roger has successfully assisted a variety of clients in a diverse range of legal matters involving litigation, business matters and family law.  Roger is an owner of Warchol Meyer, PLLC who takes pride in providing a broad range of quality representation to his clients who are often faced with challenging legal situations.

Roger’s litigation practice includes business litigation, general civil litigation, commercial litigation, conservatorship / guardianship, consumer litigation, employment litigation, family law, personal injury, probate, and real estate litigation. He provides aggressive representation for his clients while maintaining a high degree of civility in the profession.  Roger represents individuals as well as business clients in trials, arbitration and mediation.  He has provided successful representation for clients in a wide variety of cases throughout his practice in both State and Federal Court.

A significant part of Roger’s practice involves his counseling of business/corporate clients on various issues involving contracts, business transactions, employment issues, partnerships, commercial real estate transactions and general business advice.  He also drafts transactional documents related to general business matters.

Roger’s extensive experience in a variety of areas of law is of particular value to his substantial family law practice, especially involving his clients with significant financial and real estate assets.  He routinely represents clients in divorce, paternity and child custody matters throughout the state.  Roger recognizes the uniqueness of each family law case and is able to effectively represent his clients by gaining an understanding and insight into the multitude of issues which usually accompany family law matters.
